Giving notice
You give notice per half month: hand in your notice before the 1st or the 15th of the month.
Make sure the new tenant can contact you, so you can sell them your floor and maybe other furniture or items. Perhaps you can even leave the walls painted.
If not, you are responsible for either leaving the floor behind for free or taking it out. All holes in the walls also have to be plugged, filled and painted white.
