We are a volunteer association representing the tenants of SYP. We talk to the landlord on behalf of all residents about rent, maintenance, service costs and living conditions.

Under the Dutch Tenant-Landlord Consultation Act (Wet op het overleg huurders verhuurder) the landlord must inform and consult us on policy that affects tenants, such as annual rent increases, service costs and major renovations. We can give formal advice on these topics.
